Arrival Parking

Overview

Arrival is an LA-based startup addressing parking challenges. Despite abundant spaces, users struggle to find suitable spots when needed. I was invited to design the UX for the early prototype, aiming to streamline the process of locating available parking.

Solution

The platform delivers real-time parking availability and reservation through four core features:

1. Find Parking — input destination and preferred timing to discover optimal solutions
2. Access Comprehensive Information — real-time occupancy, availability indicators, and walking distances
3. Secure a Designated Spot — reserve a space conveniently located near the destination
4. All-in-one Convenience — built-in spot selection, timer, and time extension features
