-Redesigned the provider-facing Quality experience to increase visibility and actionability for value-based contracts, translating complex quality concepts into clear workflows and actionable next steps.
Led cross-zone collaboration with Services and Tasks to define a consistent "actionability" model for clinical recommendations, aligning on behavioral implications (e.g., where actions live, persistence, workflow impacts).
Developed foundational UX architecture spanning configuration, rule-authoring, and point-of-care overrides to support a more cohesive end-to-end care delivery experience.
